The women's relay teams also shined against Utah. The women's 200 Medley "A" relay team opened the meet with a win for the Wildcats with a time of 1:41.60, and the women's 400 Free "A" relay closed out the meet with a dominant victory and a time of 3:22.14.
On the men's side, Naughton swept the butterfly races. He earned a season-best 1:45.42 in the 200 Fly that put him at No. 21 in the country for that event and also won the 100 Fly with a time of 46.86.
The men's team ended Day 1 on a resounding victory in the 100 Free with the Wildcat men sweeping the first four spots, led by Ralph Daleiden. The Wildcat men finished the meet on a strong note, with the men's 400 Free "A" relay team earning a decisive victory with a time of 2:57.39.
On the diving side, Earley and DuBois were major point-earners for the Wildcats. The divers swept for Arizona on Day 1, and both came in second place in their respective events on Day 2.
Arizona earned 16 first-place finishes throughout the meet.
The Cats are headed to Los Angeles next to face USC on Friday, Nov. 8 and UCLA on Saturday, Nov. 9.
