2015 & 2018 NCSSA Student Section of the Year

ZonaZoo is the official student section and student-ticketing program for University of Arizona Athletics. A ZonaZoo membership is your all access pass for all sporting events at The University of Arizona.

**PLEASE ALLOW 24 BUSINESS HOURS FROM PURCHASE TO ACCESS RESERVATIONS

Football will have a reservation process, similar to that of Men's Basketball. Students will now be required to make a reservation to attend home football games, and will have the access with the purchase of a ZonaZoo Blue or Red membership. 

Graduate students will no longer get complimentary access to football. They will need to purchase either a ZonaZoo Blue (Football) or ZonaZoo Red (Football + Men's Basketball) to have access to make a reservation.

  • There are no more ZonaZoo white passes available - previously, ZonaZoo White was available for athletic fee paying grad students to have access to Men's Basketball. Graduate students, just like undergraduate students, will have the ability to purchase either a ZonaZoo Blue membership (access to Football) or a ZonaZoo Red membership (access to Football AND Men's Basketball)
No students - graduate OR undergraduate - are able to receive a refund on the athletics fee they are charged. 

2025-26 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

STARTER MEMBERSHIP - $0

  • All enrolled students (undergraduate or graduate) for the 2025-26 academic year automatically receive the starter membership. No need to purchase anything to access.
  • Grants access to all sports EXCEPT Football and Men's Basketball
BLUE MEMBERSHIP - $125
  • Must be enrolled for the 2025-26 academic year.
  • Grants access to all sports EXCEPT Men's Basketball
  • Football games: require a reservation; ZonaZoo Blue membership grants the opportunity to reserve a seat for all regular season, home Football games
  • ZonaZoo T-Shirt
  • ZonaZoo Gazette online newsletter
  • Invitations to special ZonaZoo events

RED MEMBERSHIP - $175
  • Must be enrolled for the 2025-26 academic year.
  • Grants access to all sports
  • Football games: require a reservation; ZonaZoo Red membership grants the opportunity to reserve a seat for all regular season, home Football games.
  • Men's Basketball games: require a reservation; ZonaZoo Red membership grants the opportunity to reserve a seat for all regular season, home Men's Basketball games outside of those over holiday break.

"ALL IN" MEMBERSHIP - $525
  • Available for purchase by Freshmen ONLY - must be enrolled for the 2025-26 academic year.
  • All Red ZonaZoo membership benefits for four consecutive years: 2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29.
  • No refunds will be provided if purchasing the four year membership during freshman year, but student does not stay enrolled at the University of Arizona. 
  • Membership only runs for consecutive years, and must be enrolled for membership to be applicable.
 

BUY ZONAZOO PASS

ZonaZoo memberships are only available to be charged to active students Bursar accounts during the Fall semester. For those who charge their Bursar account, those charges will appear on their Bursar statements roughly a week after purchasing.  The last day to charge Bursar accounts for ZonaZoo and ZonaZoo Plus memberships is December 11th, 2025.

ZonaZoo memberships go off sale towards the end of Men's Basketball season, depending on schedule, typically February/March 2026. Purchase early in the fall to be able to use your membership to it's full extent!
 

Zonazoo plus membership

 

The ZonaZoo Plus allows ZonaZoo members the opportunity to support Arizona Athletics by making a difference in the lives of Wildcat student-athletes for the 2025-26 academic year. Additional benefits include:

  • 24 hour advanced reservation window for Football Tickets (when accompanied by a ZonaZoo Blue or Red membership)
  • 24 hour advanced reservation window for Men’s Basketball Tickets (when accompanied by a ZonaZoo Red membership)
  • Express entrance lane to Men's Basketball games (when accompanied by a ZonaZoo Red membership)
  • Membership t-shirt
  • Wildcat Club Member
The ZonaZoo Plus upgrade requires the purchase of a ZonaZoo membership (Blue for just Football, Red for Football AND Men's Basketball).

Reservations:
        10 am Saturday prior to home game(s): exclusive ZonaZoo Plus window
        10 am Sunday prior to home game(s): ZonaZoo, including Plus members

*Early reservation window allotment is limited. If the allotment fills up during the early reservation period, ZonaZoo Plus members will also have the ability to reserve alongside the rest of ZonaZoo on the following day.

FAQ's

  1. Do I get an actual pass?

    No! Your membership is linked to your CatCard for all sports except Football and Men's Basketball.  Swipe your Cat Card at the ZonaZoo line and you're in! Please be aware that Cat Cards can only be used by the individual who owns it. Cat Cards ARE NOT transferable and if you are caught using someone else's card or letting someone use your card, the UA Police will be involved.

    For Football and Men's Basketball, you will receive a digital ticket from "catsinfo@arizona.edu". You will need to add this ticket to your mobile wallet. No screenshots are allowed, and tickets are unable to be transferred or resold. If you are caught caught reselling your ZonaZoo ticket, or transferring to someone else, the UA Police will be involved.  Arizona Athletics has the right to revoke ZonaZoo memberships at any time without refunding.
  2. I'm having trouble ordering my pass online; what should I do?

    If you are having trouble with your ZonaZoo pass purchase, e-mail catsinfo@arizona.edu notifying them of the problem. You can also call 520-621-CATS for assistance.

    One common error message is "Unable to Find Student Account; Contact Box Office". This means we have not received your information from the Bursar's Office yet, so we cannot sell you a ZonaZoo membership. We receive data weekly from the Bursar's Office with enrolled student information, starting in July for the 2025-26 acadmic year.
  3. How do I reserve a ticket?

    For all sports except Football and Men's Basketball seating is first come first serve. There is no reservation process. For the Men's Basketball reservation policy, see the link above.
  4. Where and when do I pick up my ZonaZoo shirt?

    Everyone gets a free ZonaZoo T-shirt if they purchase a ZonaZoo pass. T-shirt distribution typically occurs during the first two weeks of school. Once that information is available it will be posted here. *Please bring your cat card to t-shirt distribution. Please check ZonaZoo official social media, or contact zonazoo@arizona.edu for more information.
  5. Do I have an assigned seat?

    No! You can sit with your friends. Seating is first come, first served so the earlier you arrive the better spot you will get.
  6. Where do I line up?

    The ZonaZoo line for football is on the East Side of the Stadium, Gate 4.  For Men's Basketball, there is a special ZonaZoo entrance on the west side of The McKale Center right by the bridge that connects McKale to the Cherry Garage. This is where you will lineup for Men's Basketball games.
ZonaZoo is a proud host of Bear Down Friday's at Main Gate Square on University Blvd. The day before each home football game hundreds of students, parents and members of the Tucson community gather for this event in anticipation for the game the following day. Starting at 6pm, the Pride of Arizona marches through and keeps the fans entertained with their incredible musicianship. Notable speakers from Arizona Athletics come and rile up the crowd. Pom-line, Wilbur, and Wilma get the crowd going and keep everyone up to date on all the Arizona cheers for the game.

Under the guidance of the Marshall Foundation, local businesses such as boutiques, clothing stores and restaurants have large scale sales and food and drink specials.

Bear Down Friday is a main attraction across Tucson and garners much media attention from around the community.

Sportsmanship

One of the primary goals of the Arizona Athletics Department is to promote first class conduct at each of our events. It is important that coaches, players, fans, staff, spirit groups, season ticket holders, donors and students represent the University in a positive manner at all times. As such, Bear Down With Pride sportsmanship guidelines have been established to create and maintain a safe, comfortable, and family-friendly sports and entertainment experience at each Arizona Athletics venue.

Arizona Athletics reserves the right to ban admittance to future events based on student behavior.
