Honors and Awards:

  • 2024-25: All State Goodworks team nominee
  • 2024-25: All-Big 12 Second Team

2024-25: Big 12 Championships individual finalist in the 100 back (3rd, 52.95), 200 back (6th, 1:56.09) and 200 IM (6th, 2:00.06)...Swam three personal bests and NCAA B Cut times at Big 12 Championships in the 100 back (52.44), 200 back (1:55.80) and 200 IM (1:59.11)...Big 12 Championship runner-up in the 200 medley relay (2nd, 1:36.16)

2023-24: Pac-12 Championship relay finalist in the 200 medley relay (3rd place, 1:36.90, NCAA B cut)... Personal best at the 2023 Minnesota Invite in the 100 back (53.39; NCAA B cut).

2022-23: Three personal bests at the Pac-12 Championships in the 50 free (24.17), 100 back (53.95) and the 200 back (1:59.01)… Personal best at the Minnesota Invitational in the 100 fly (56.22).

Before Arizona:  Prepped at St. Charles North High School in Illinois... Lettered four years for swimming under coach Robert Rooney... All-conference all four years... All-district 2018, 2019, sectional team 2020, 2021... St. Charles Sectional champion... 2018 all-state finalist team 200 free, 2019 all-state finalist team 200 free, all-state 2nd team 400 Free Relay, 2020 all-state first team 200 free, 500 free, 100 back, 400 free relay, 2021 all-state first team 200 medley relay, 100 Back, 400 free Relay... All-America 2019, 2020, 2021... 2021-2022 Female Athlete of the Year at St. Charles North High School... Also swam eight years with St. Charles Swim Team under coach Tim Lewarchick.  

Personal: Paige Armstrong, daughter of John and Kathy Armstrong... One older sister, Megan...Sister, Megan, swims for University of South Carolina... Chose Arizona because “on my recruiting trip, I felt like they treated me as part of their big swim family, and I knew I found my home.”
