Marketing Experience and Videoboard Requests

BASEBALL VIDEOBOARD OPTIONS

Requests for videoboard messages at baseball must be made at least 72 hours in advance. See all policies below.

  • Videoboard Message Only: $100 - Message will run between innings during selected games
  • Birthday Package: $175 – includes group tickets and videoboard message and concession item
  • Group Sale: 30 tickets or more at group ticket rate

Requests for videoboard messages at volleyball must be made at least 72 hours in advance. See all policies below.

  • Videoboard Message Only: $100 - Message will run during timeouts or between sets during selected games
  • Group Sale: 30 tickets or more at group ticket rate

Videoboard Message Policies 
 

  • Requests for videoboard messages at baseball, women’s basketball, gymnastics, and volleyball must be made at least 72 hours in advance
  • Requests for videoboard messages at football must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. MST the Monday prior to requested home game
  • Messages are limited to celebratory messages (e.g., birthday, anniversary, graduation,) and messages of support for the home team
  • Photo of person being congratulated encouraged
  • The message and photo may not contain any form of commercialism or political statements, and must comply with NCAA, Pac-12 Conference and university rules, regulations, policies and applicable laws. 
  • Final message, photo and payment is due within 48 hours of request or not guaranteed to run during the game. If items are not received in time and message does not run, a credit will be submitted back to the purchaser’s account.
  • Message and photo is guaranteed to run one (1) time during the game/match, but no guarantee of which spot it will be. 
  • Messages and photo will not be exclusive and also may be included with other messages. Also based upon availability for each game. 
  • The University of Arizona reserves the right to edit or refuse to display any message that does not comply with the guidelines set forth above.
