2024 Indoor – Finished fourth in the shot put at the Texas Tech Jarvis Scott Open with a personal best heave of 49-9 (15.16m), surpassing 15m for the first time in her indoor career… Notched a fourth-place finish in the shot put in her first collegiate meet at the NAU Friday Night Axe’em Open… Posted a personal record throw of 39-10 (12.15m) in the weight throw at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic… Appeared in four meets.

High School: Attended Bothell High School in Bothell, Wash. … Lettered in both track and field and volleyball all four years of high school… First Team All-Conference in volleyball her junior and senior years… All-State Honorable Mention for volleyball her junior and senior years… Nike Outdoor Nationals All-American as a junior and senior… 3x State Champion (shot put twice, discus once)… Named Female Field Athlete of the Year and a track and field team captain in 2022 and 2023… Named Female Thrower of the Year in 2023 by RunnerWA… Ranked in the top 10 of shot putters in the country every year since 8th grade… Holds multiple meet records in Washington state… Won the shot put at the prestigious Arcadia Invitational meet in California as a senior and placed second as a junior… Finished fifth in the shot put at the USATF U20 Championships at Hayward Field and was named a Team USA U20 Alternate… Holds school records in the discus (146-11) and shot put (48-7)… Won the 4A Volleyball State Championship in 2021, 30 years after her mom won it in 1991… Only athlete in school history to win state championships in two different sports in the same year.

Personal: Born in Bellevue, Wash. … Daughter of Teena and Ezechiel… Teena played volleyball and Ezechiel played basketball at both North Idaho College and Montana Tech… Has one brother, Garrison… Graduated high school with honors and an AA in Integrated Studies from Cascadia Community College… Pursuing a degree in physiology and medical sciences.
