TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona women's soccer came up empty despite creating chances in a 3–0 loss to Pepperdine on Sunday morning at Mulcahy Stadium.

The Wildcats (4–3–0) outshot the Waves 13–7 and held 56 percent of possession, but couldn't convert against Pepperdine goalkeeper Jillian Medvecky, who tallied seven saves. Marissa Arnst paced the Arizona attack with four shots, including two on target, while Ella Hatteberg, Aurora Gaines, and Narissa Fults also registered efforts on frame.

Goalkeeper Olivia Ramey recorded four saves for the Wildcats, who were shut out for the first time in four matches. Arizona also earned a pair of corner kicks and saw strong minutes from its bench, including Whitney Reinhardt and Mireya Stephenson, who each forced saves in the second half.

Arizona continues with its final non-conference match next Sunday against Grand Canyon.
