TUCSON, ARIZ.—Arizona Men's Swim & Dive fell to the Harvard Crimson 122-178 at Hillenbrand Aquatics Center Friday, Jan. 10. This was the men's first meet of 2025.
The Cats were led by standout performances from Mason Nyboer, who earned first in both the 500 and 1000 free and Gage DuBois, who placed first in the 3m and second in the 1m. Nyboer's time in the 1000 Free (9:10.19) was less than three seconds off his personal best (9:07.77).
Bryan Wong also had a strong performance at the meet, earning a personal best in his second-place finish in the 200 BR (1:58.67). This gives Wong the third best time of the season for Arizona in this event.
Arizona finished the meet with six first-place finishes and 18 total top-three finishes.
The Wildcats return to Hillenbrand next week to face Minnesota. The meet against the Golden Gophers will be the first time the men's and women's teams have competed together in the new year.
