Amanda Freed LMT, RYT, CMMI is a licensed massage therapist, and registered yoga and meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience working with clients and students of varying abilities including collegiate, professional, and olympic athletes, TBI and stroke survivors and other special interest groups. Amanda has been honored to provide massage therapy and yoga instruction for University of Arizona athletes for over 12 years, beginning with swimmers and divers and expanding to include women's and men's basketball, triathlon, tennis, and track and field.
