Alexus Atchley is entering her second season as a graduate student manager for Adia Barnes and the Arizona women's basketball program.
Atchley has a previous relationship with Barnes as she played at Washington for three seasons while Barnes was an assistant coach. During her time in Seattle, Atchley played in 75 games and started in 22 during her senior season last year.
She started the final 21 games of the season for Washington last year, including the team’s first-ever appearance in the Final Four. During that time, she averaged 6.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game while leading the team in three-point shooting percentage (39.8%) for the entire 2015-16 season.
Atchley is the daughter of Michell and Stacy Atchley and has three siblings, Justin, Skye and Paris.
