Lauren Sullivan joined the Arizona coaching staff in July 2024, coming to Tucson from George Washington University, where she previously served as an assistant coach. Sullivan currently serves the program as an Assistant Coach / Assistant Recruiting Coordinator.

In her first season as a Wildcat, Sullivan has helped lead the program to two team runner-up finishes in the Big 12 Championships (the highest conference championship finish for Arizona's women and men since 2008 and 2020, respectively). Also during her first year, Sullivan helped oversee a program that produced 11 All-American Second Team honorees, 25 Big 12 individual finalists, 17 All-Big 12 First Team honorees, eight All Big-12 Second Team honorees, four new program records and 16  top-ten program times

Prior to joining the team in Tucson, Sullivan spent one season as an assistant coach at George Washington during the 2023-2024 season. Sullivan helped lead the Revolutionaries to a pair of Atlantic 10 Conference championships on the men's and women's sides in addition to 18 Atlantic 10 Conference records, 29 program records, three NCAA Championships qualifiers, one NCAA All-American and much more.

Before her role at GW, Sullivan worked as a graduate assistant at Northeastern University from 2021–23. Over that stretch the Huskies produced three individual CAA champions, one CAA relay champion, and four All-CAA swimmers. During this time, Sullivan graduated with a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology with a sparkling 4.0 GPA while also earning the Northeastern University Research Excellence Award.

Sullivan was also a decorated student-athlete, competing as a division 1 swimmer for Bowling Green State University. At BGSU, she was a two-time captain and specialized in the backstroke and freestyle. Over the course of her collegiate career, Sullivan was a 14-time finalist at the MAC Championships, a finalist at the CSCAA Meet, and was named three times to the MAC All-Academic team. In her time at BGSU Sullivan also excelled in the classroom. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA, received the BGSU Presidential Medal of Honor, was twice named the BGSU Athletics Community Service Individual of the Year and earned the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship Award.
