- Appeared in all 36 games off the bench, playing an average of 18.3 minutes per game
- Averaged 6.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.1 steals
- Had an assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.3, which ranked ninth among all freshman nationally that had at least 69 assists
- Scored in a double figures seven times, led by a season-high 18 points at UCLA in a game that Arizona won and clinched the outright Pac-12 regular season championship
- Shot 34% from the 3-point line and 79.2% from the free throw line
- Dropped 15 points against USC (3/14) in the Pac-12 Tournament
- Tallied 14 points on 2 of 3 shooting from the 3-point line against Cal (2/1)
- Grabbed a season-high nine rebounds and blocked a season-high three shots against UT Arlington (11/19)

Prior to Arizona
- A four-star Top 100 recruit coming out of high school
- Played his senior year of high school at Duncanville (Texas) High School, where he averaged 16 points and nine rebounds per game
- Led Duncanville to a 29-1 record and the No. 1 ranking in the final national rankings according to USA Today
- Played his first three seasons of high school basketball at Chapin H.S. in El Paso, Texas
- As a junior, he averaged 20 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals per game and was a finalist for Mr. Texas Basketball Player of the Year
- Grew up in Tucson and attended Mesquite Elementary School in Vail, Arizona prior to fifth grade
- As a 10-year old, he drew a picture that said he was going to commit and play basketball at the University of Arizona
- He is the first scholarship player for Arizona with ties to Tucson since Talbot Denny in 2016
