Anthony Richards was promoted to Director of Student-Athlete Development at Arizona in August of 2019 after spending the 2018-19 season as a graduate manager. In his current role, Richards is a liaison for the program with C.A.T.S. Academics and the Compliance Office while overseeing the undergraduate manager among other duties.
He joined the Wildcats in 2018 as a graduate manager and is continuing his studies towards a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
The New Castle, Pennsylvania native was a three-year letter winner for the Le Moyne College basketball program in Syracuse, New York. A starter on the perimeter for the Dolphins for two years, Richards helped guide Le Moyne 49 wins and an appearance in the Elite Eight of the 2018 NCAA Division-II Tournament.
Richards graduated from Le Moyne with a Communications degree.
