Arizona Baseball’s Summer Pitcher of the Year…Pitched for the Chico Heat of the Great West League…Went 4-0 with a 1.61 ERA in 44 2/3 innings, striking out 35 and walking just 15…Threw back-to-back complete games in his final two starts of the summer…Gave up one run and seven hits over nine innings against the Sacramento Stealth (8/4)…Gave up one earned run on six hits over nine against the Medford Rogues (8/13) in the GWL Playoffs…Tossed seven innings, giving up just one run against the Lodi Crushers (7/21).
