
To conclude the 2006 NCAA championships, the Arizona 400 Free Relay Team led by Courtney Cashion, Jenna Gresdal, Lacey Nymeyer and Whitney Myers took home the National Championship, marking Arizona’s first national title in the event in seven years. A number three seed, the foursome swam the 400 free relay in 3:12.77 and shattered the NCAA, U.S. Open, pool and schools records. Courtney, Jenna, Lacey and Whitney took home the hardware and help Arizona finish third as a team overall. Collectively, the talented quartet combined to earn 81 All-America honors during their careers.
