The 800 free relay team of Simon Burnett, Tyler DeBerry, Lyndon Ferns, and Adam Ritter won the 2006 National Championship with a time of 6:16.67. The timeset both school and pool records. Earlier that season the team also set a new Pac-10 meet records. Earlier that season the team also set a new Pac-10 meet record with a time of 6:18.70 at the 2006 Pac-10 Championships. The quartet combined to compile an incredible 81 All-American honors during their careers at the University of Arizona.
