The Wildcat volunteer tennis coach from 1932 until his retirement in 1958, his teams won 15 of 18 Border Conference titles. Chairman of the group that founded the Border Conference in 1931. Received bachelors and masters degrees from the University in 1917 and 1926, respectively. Lettered in basketball in 1916. UA outstanding tennis player award named in his honor.
