OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – No. 13 Arizona lost the Big 12 Championship Game to No. 11 Texas Tech, 4-0, on Saturday in Oklahoma City.  
 
The Wildcats recorded two hits but did not score a run against the Red Raiders. 
Dakota Kennedy and 
Regan Shockey had one hit each for the Cats.
 
 
Texas Tech scored four runs in the second inning to take an early 4-0 lead. A pair of RBI singles and a two-run double allowed the Red Raiders to take the lead.
 
Following Texas Tech's four-run inning, 
Miranda Stoddard entered the circle and did not allow a hit or run to score while striking out three batters. She retired the final five Red Raiders but Arizona couldn't make the comeback.
 
Ryan Maddox went two innings in the circle, allowing four runs on four hits to pick up the loss and fall to 3-2 on the season.
