SEATTLE – Arizona Gymnastics closed out their season on Sunday at the NCAA Seattle Regional Final. The GymCats scored a 196.250 and placed fourth against Oklahoma, Missouri, and Auburn.
Balance Beam
The Wildcats started the meet on beam and recorded a 48.850.
Alysen Fears was the lead-off and scored a 9.825.
Tirzah Wise added a 9.775.
Elena Deets posted a 9.825.
Floor Exercise
Arizona put up a 49.300 on floor in the second rotation.
Elizabeth LaRusso started the Cats off strong with a 9.80. Fears followed with a 9.875.
Abigayle Martin posted a 9.825.
Emma Strom and
Emily Mueller earned back-to-back 9.90s to close out the rotation.
Vault
The GymCats tallied a 48.900 on vault. LaRusso led off the Cats once again and posted a 9.775. Mueller and Fears scored two 9.80s. Martin added a 9.775.
Uneven Bars
The Cats closed out the meet with a 49.200 on bars. Mueller posted a 9.775. Freshman
Aubrey Krohnfeldt followed with a 9.80.
Sophie Derr and Deets both posted 9.825s. Martin finished her last routine of the meet with a 9.850. Fears led the Cats on bars with a 9.90.
