TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Triathlon placed six on the CTCA West All-Region team announced by the association on Tuesday. Kelly Wetteland, 
Margareta Vrablova, Molly Lakustiak, 
Ellison Wolfe, 
Ruth Pardy, and 
Sara Crociani represent the Wildcats on the DI West All-Region team. This is the first time all six triathletes have earned All-Region honors.
 
Arizona swept the top five at the NCAA West National Qualifier race marking just the second time that a team has swept the top five spots at triathlon regionals.  
Wetteland has dominated the 2025 season, taking first place in all four of Arizona's races. At the West National Qualifier, she finished first with a time of 1:02:23.
 
Vrablova has continued her success from last season and placed second at the West National Qualifier with a time of 1:02:38. It marked the second time she has finished in second place this season.
 
Lakustiak earned All-Region honors after finishing third with a time of 1:03:19 at the West National Qualifiers. The third-place finish was her highest of the season and of her career.
 
Wolfe placed fourth at the West National Qualifier with a time of 1:02:23 to earn All-Region laurels. It was the second time she placed in the top five during a race this season.
 
Pardy rounded out the top five at the West National Qualifier with a time of 1:03:48. Her fifth-place finish was her second top five finish of the season and it was her fastest time for the collegiate sprint distance.
 
Crociani earned All-Region accolades after placing seventh with a time of 1:04:18 at the West National Qualifier. It marks her highest finish of the season.
