FORT WORTH, Texas - Arizona Triathlon took first place at the NCAA West National Qualifier on Sunday morning in Texas. The Wildcats totaled 450 points to win the race.
Arizona dominated the race, placing seven triathletes in the top 10 and sweeping the top five spots. Kelly Lyn Wetteland placed first for the fourth-straight race with a time of 1:02.23. Margareta Vrablova came in second with a time of 1:02.38 and Molly Lakustiak was third with a time of 1:03.19. Ellison Wolfe placed fourth with a time of 1:03.23 and Ruth Pardy rounded out the top five with a time of 1:03.48. Sara Crociani finished seventh with a time of 1:04.18 and Mia Wentzy placed 10th with a time of 1:05.02.
