CORVALLIS, Ore. -- The Arizona Wildcats (5-2-0, 1-2-0) pulled out a 3-1 victory over the Oregon State Beavers (2-5-0, 0-4-0). In their first Pac-12 road match of the season the Cats made quick work of putting themselves on the board, scoring in under ten minutes.
Jill Aguilera and Jada Talley added to their growing list of goals whereas Ava Hetzel made the first goal of her career. The Cats ended up taking 10 shots, with seven on goal, six corners, with Hisey making four saves.

Play of the Match - A Long Shot and A Header
Forward
Jada Talley was on fire in Corvallis as she wracked in one goal and one assist. In the 55th minute Talley took a long shot from 20 yards that soared high above the keeper. Her assist came in the 13th minute after a missed penalty kick found its way to Hetzel. This brings Talley's Tally up to four goals, two assists, and 10 points.

Jill Aguilera had an equally impressive night making a sweet goal in the eighth minute. Off a cross by
Ava Hetzel, Aguilera sent the ball into the back of the net by way of a beautiful header. This is her fifth goal of the season and first since the Cats took on New Mexico State.

Ava Hetzel scored the first goal of her career and earned her second assist. In the eighth minute Hetzel sent a cross straight into Aguilera's line where she was able to send it in. Only five minutes later, Hetzel got ahold of Talley's penalty kick and sent it in. Her first career goal put Arizona up two against the Beavers.
By the Numbers
8 - This is Arizona's eighth victory in a row against Oregon State. This is only the fifth time they have scored three against the Beavers out of the 26 times they have faced off.
