TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona (1-0) was dominant from the get go as the Wildcats scored six goals in the first half en route to a 6-0 win over Weber State (0-2) on Friday afternoon in Tempe. Six goals is the most Arizona has ever scored in a first half.

Madison Goerlinger to score her first-career goal as she got on the end of a
Morgan McGarry corner kick and headed it into the back of the net.

Wilson scored two goals in less than three minutes for her first-career brace. She scored three goals during her injury shortened freshman season last year.

6 – Arizona set a school record for most first-half goals as six found the back of the net in the first 45 minutes. The record for most goals in any half is eight when Arizona won 10-0 against Belmont in 2002.
