Wildcats Play For Paycom Wooden Legacy Title Against Wake Forest

Anaheim, Calif. - After defeating Pepperdine and Penn on back-to-back days, the Arizona Wildcats (8-0) will take on Wake Forest (5-2) on Sunday for the Paycom Wooden Legacy championship. The game will tip-off at 6 p.m. Pacific on ESPN.

14th ranked Arizona is 7-2 all-time in the Wooden Legacy/Wooden Classic with Friday's win over Penn.

A two-time Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, Zeke Nnaji is shooting 77.0 percent from the floor this year (2nd nationally). He had 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists in the win over Penn.

Redshirt sophomore guard Jemarl Baker Jr. LEADS the country in assist-to-turnover ratio (8.67:1). He is also shooting 56.0 percent (14-25) from the 3-point line, the 3rd-best percentage in the country among players with at least 25 3FG attempts.

Josh Green scored a career-high 24 points on Thursday against Pepperdine, matching a season-best with four made 3-point field goals. He also had a career-high eight rebounds. He registered 14 points in the win over Penn. His 14 steals are a team-high this season.

Dylan Smith matched his UA career-high in points (16) and 3FG made (4) vs. Pepperdine and tallied 10 points in Friday's win against Penn.

Senior Chase Jeter had his best game of the year with 19 points (8-9 FG), six rebounds and two assists vs. Penn.

Wake Forest has posted wins over Charleston and Long Beach to advance to the championship game.
