Cats Complete Bay Area Trip with Game at Cal

BERKELEY, Calif. -- The Arizona Wildcats opened their two-game Bay Area road trip on Wednesday with a 75-70 win at Stanford. The Cats will now look to complete the sweep Saturday night at Cal. 

The Wildcats enter on a five-game winning streak. Cal has started league play 0-3. The game will be on the Pac-12 Networks. Ted Robinson and Bill Walton will have the call.

  • Arizona will wrap up play on its two-game Bay Area road trip Saturday night at Cal. The Wildcats are seeking their 13th road conference sweep under Sean Miller and third straight of Stanford and Cal.
  • The Wildcats have won five games in a row after their 75-70 win over Stanford on Wednesday. Since the start of the 2014-15 season, Arizona has 14 winning streaks of five games or more. The next closest in the Pac-12 is Oregon with eight such streaks. 
  • Arizona is 3-0 in Pac-12 play for the second time in the past three seasons.

  • Randolph leads the Pac-12 in free throw shooting at .910. 
  • Sophomore forward Ira Lee had a career-high 12 points Wednesday against Stanford. He's shooting 83 percent from the free throw line this season. Lee has at least five points in each of his last five games. He had four such games in his first 10 contests of the year.
  • Arizona set season highs last game in free throw percentage at 88.9 percent (16 of 18) and 3-point shooting at 58.3 percent (7 of 12).
  • The Wildcats are first in the Pac-12 in turnover margin at +4.1.
