Junior Allonzo Trier, the defending Pac-12 Tournament Most Outstanding Player, opened the 2018 version of the conference tournament with 22 points in the victory over Colorado. It was his third consecutive game of 20 points or more in the Pac-12 Tournament. Trier now averages 20.5 points per game in six career appearances in conference tournament play.

Arizona will face UCLA for the sixth time in the last seven Pac-12 Tournaments with Friday's game being the fourth time the two programs have met in the semifinals.

Rawle Alkins, and his four steals against Colorado, tallied the most steals by a UA player in the Pac-12 Tournament since Nic Wise had five steals versus Oregon State in the 2008 Pac-10 Tournament.

By advancing to the semifinals of this year's Pac-12 Tournament, Arizona has now won eight of their last nine conference tournament games.

Dusan Ristic picked up his ninth career double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds in the win over Colorado in the Pac-12 Tournament quarterfinal. It marked the first double-double in a Pac-12 Tournament game of Ristic's career.

The semifinal meeting between the Wildcats and Bruins on Friday will be the tenth head-to-head matchup between the two programs in Pac-12 Conference Tournament history. UCLA holds the 5-4 edge in those previous nine match-ups. UA's next most common opponent in conference tournament play is Oregon State with six meetings.

Keanu Pinder's six rebounds in Thursday's win versus Colorado were a season high for the senior.
