th consecutive win over Stanford.

- The Wildcats welcome the Golden Bears to McKale Center on Saturday evening in the second game of the year between the two programs. Arizona is 10-4 versus California under head coach Sean Miller, which includes a mark of 5-1 in Tucson. The last three meetings between Arizona and Cal have been decided by a total of nine points.
- Arizona defeated Stanford on Wednesday evening, 74-67, behind 22 points from Allonzo Trier. Trier led his team in scoring, rebounding and steals while connecting on all 12 of his free throw attempts. The sophomore's 12 of 12 performance at the charity stripe was the second best of his career. Trier was a perfect 14 of 14 at the free throw line in the second game of his collegiate career against Bradley. The team's free throw efficiency went beyond Trier as the Wildcats shot 25 of 29 (.862) as a team at the line versus the Cardinal.
- Parker Jackson-Cartwright's high-end distribution from the point guard position continues as he enters Saturday's game ranked fourth in the Pac-12 in assists at 4.5 per game. His 3.1 assist-to-turnover ratio for the season ranks first in the Pac-12 and 18th in the nation. Jackson-Cartwright's combined assist-to-turnover ratio in his first two seasons with Arizona was 2.5.
- UA's home winning streak stands at 19 games entering the California game, which ranks tied for the seventh-longest streak in the nation. The Wildcats have won 68 of their last 69 games inside McKale Center going back to the 2012-13 season. Under head coach Sean Miller, Arizona is 121-12 (.910) at home in all games and 61-8 (.884) in Pac-12 home games.
- Chance Comanche also turned in a notable performance in the win over Stanford with 11 points and six rebounds. The center connected on seven of his eight attempts from the free throw line, which all came in the last 11 minutes of the game. Comanche's night at the charity stripe was the best of the sophomore's career. Comanche averaged 12.0 points and 8.0 rebounds on seven of nine (.778) shooting from the field in UA's two victories over the Cardinal this season.
- Saturday's 8 p.m. (MST) tip against the Golden Bears is Arizona's eighth game this season to start at 8 p.m. local time or later. The Cats are 7-0 in those games with a mark 6-0 in late games in McKale Center.
