BOULDER, Colo. – After 110 minutes of action, neither Arizona (7-4-4) or Colorado (8-5-5) could come up with a goal, resulting in a scoreless draw in Boulder, Colo. The Wildcats outshot Colorado 29-16 throughout the game, with 11 being on target. This was Arizona's sixth clean sheet of the season.
In the first half, both teams were able to create good, quality chances, but neither team was able to produce a goal out of 17 combined shots. Arizona goalkeeper
Lainey Burdett made three first-half saves while
Gabi Stoian and
Jill Aguilera each took three shots.
Arizona created most of the chances in the second half as they outshot the Buffs 11-4, but Colorado's defense was able to hold on to force extra time. Both teams each managed to create one legitimate scoring chance in extra time, but neither converted.
Play-By-Play
5' - Colorado earns the first real chance of the match with a cross from the right sideline which finds the head of a Buff striker, but her header flies over the crossbar.
9' - Stoian finds some space for a shot and lets it fly, but a defender gets a foot on it to block it.

Cali Crisler goes with the early cross and it's certainly a good one, but the keeper is able to get two fists on it to clear it. No score.
19' - Arizona earned a free kick from about 35 yards out. Stoian took the shot from deep, but the keeper was not tested as the ball flew over the crossbar.

Kennedy Kieneker dumps one into the zone for Aguilera who gets a shot off, but the keeper is there to make the save.

Charlotte Brascia receives a long pass and makes a good move in the box to get open, but her shot goes just wide of the right post as she tried to curl it around the keeper.
37' - Stoian rips one from about 25 yards out and squares the left post and bounces to safety.

Jada Talley decides to let it rip from the top of the box, but it goes over and to the right of the cage.
47' - Arizona earns an early corner kick in the second half, but Crisler's in-swinger was cleared to safety by the Colorado defense.
55' - After Aguilera's screamer was saved, Stoian gained possession and took a shot from about 30 yards away, only to be stopped by the hand of a Colorado defender, giving the Wildcats a free kick from 19 yards out. Stoian's shot made it over the wall, but the keeper made another save and a foul was called on the Wildcats.

Hannah Clifford receives a pass from Kieneker and takes a shot from up top, but it sails over the cross bar.
68' - Another shot from outside the box from Stoian is saved, but the keeper did have to go to ground to make the save.
77' - Burdett is forced to go to ground to make a save off a header from a long ball.
84' - Stoian was able to control the ball after a series of headers, settle it, turn and fire, but it goes just over the bar.
90' - Colorado earns a free kick from about 19 yards away, but the wall did its job by blocking the shot. That would be the final play of regulation and the two teams would prepare for extra time.
92' - Aguilera creates a great chance with her pace and dribbling, but the Colorado keeper makes a great save.
103' -. Colorado rips a shot from the left side and smacks the crossbar and rolls away to safety.
106' - Arizona won a corner kick and it resulted in a plethora of chances, but the Colorado defense held and kept the Wildcats out of the net.
Maddie Bennett took two shots on cage during the play.
The Wildcats will finish out the regular season with three-straight home games, starting with the Washington Huskies on Thursday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. MST.
