Arizona Defeats No. 18 Cal 2-1 in Double OT

TUCSON, Ariz. – The University of Arizona women's soccer team defeated No. 18 California on Sunday afternoon in Tucson, Ariz. by a score of 2-1 in double overtime. Gabi Stoian scored the first goal for Arizona, her sixth of the season. Cali Crisler got the other, her fourth of the season. The Wildcats are now 8-9-1 (3-7-0 Pac-12) on the season.

"We wanted to be able to celebrate here at home and we were able to do that," said head coach Tony Amato. "It was a relief and it was exciting, all at once, with a great win against a good team."
