Volleyball to Host Grand Canyon for Exhibition Match

TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Volleyball is set to host Grand Canyon for an exhibition match on Wednesday, August 19 at 5 p.m. MST in McKale Center at ALKEME Arena.
This will be Arizona's first time playing Grand Canyon since the 2023 season when the Wildcats won 3-2 at GCU. Arizona is returning eight letterwinners from the 2025 NCAA Tournament roster, including Preseason All-Big 12 team member Carlie Cisneros, libero Brenna Ginder, and middle blocker Journey Tucker.
Arizona's season officially begins at the Wildcat Classic next Friday, August 28 against Prairie View A&M in McKale Center at ALKEME Arena. The Cats will face Tarleton State on Saturday, August 29 before closing out the tournament against UC Santa Barbara on Sunday, August 30.
