Arizona will play its third game in as many days after defeating Colorado and No. 3 UCLA on Thursday and Friday.

LAS VEGAS – After two wins in as many days, Arizona has advanced to the championship game of the 2017 Pac-12 Tournament to face the Oregon Ducks. The Wildcats punched their ticket to the finale after beating No. 3 UCLA by 11 points in the semifinals on Friday night.

Arizona has advanced to its tenth Pac-12 Tournament championship game appearance in the 20^th edition of the conference tournament and UA's fifth appearance in the last seven years as well.
Saturday's finale of the Pac-12 Tournament will feature the first-ever meeting between two AP top ten teams in the championship game.
Allonzo Trier is averaging 22.0 points per game over his last six games while shooting 57.1 percent from the field, 51.6 percent from three-point range and 80.0 percent at the free throw line.
The Wildcats are 0-7 in the Pac-12 Tournament as the lower seed and will be the lower-seeded team versus top seed Oregon in the championship game.
Lauri Markkanen has opened up the 2017 Pac-12 Tournament averaging 24.5 points per game on 48.4 percent shooting from the field in the quarterfinals and semifinals. Markkanen was a combined 8/17 (.471) from beyond the arc in wins over the Buffaloes and Bruins after missing his last 11 three-point field goal attempts of the regular season.
The 2017 championship game is a rematch of the 2015 finale that saw Arizona defeat Oregon 80-52 and marks the third consecutive season the Wildcats have Ducks have met in the Pac-12 Tournament.
UA is the all-time winningest program in Pac-12 Tournament history in wins (29) and championships (five).
Parker Jackson-Cartwright has tallied 22 assists to just two turnovers in his last five games entering Saturday. The point guard has connected 57.1 percent of his three-point field goal attempts (8/14) in those five games.
Saturday will be the third time in program history that the Wildcats will face a team ranked in the top ten in a conference tournament game under head coach Sean Miller. The trio of top ten teams faced has happened in UA's last four tournament games. Arizona lost to No. 8 Oregon in overtime in the semifinals a year ago before beating No. 3 UCLA on Friday evening.
Arizona defeated No. 3 UCLA 86-75 on Friday evening in the semifinals behind 49 combined points from Allonzo Trier and Lauri Markkanen. Markkanen's 29 points were one shy of his season high of 30 (versus Arizona State on Jan. 12, 2017). The Wildcats' defense held UCLA to season lows in field goal percentage (40.7 percent) and three-point field goal percentage (16.0 percent) in the victory.
