The Wildcats (2-3-1) outshot the Big Green 14-1, including a 9-0 advantage in the second half, while holding 67% of possession. Arizona also generated six corner kicks to Dartmouth's two.
Dartmouth scored on its only shot of the match when Michal Cagungun found the back of the net in the 13th minute to give the Big Green an early 1-0 advantage.
Arizona responded by generating five shots and two corner kicks in the opening half. Whitney Reinhardt had a pair of attempts blocked, while Kyleigh Johnson and Grace Smith each sent shots high as the Wildcats searched for an equalizer.
The Wildcats increased the pressure after halftime, recording nine unanswered shots while keeping Dartmouth without an attempt for the entirety of the second half.
Emerson Stoft put Arizona's first shot on goal in the 57th minute before Ashley May tested Dartmouth goalkeeper Ola Goebel in the 70th. Mireya Stephenson followed with an attempt on frame in the 75th minute, and Reinhardt forced another save five minutes later.
Arizona continued to push through the final whistle. Stephenson put one final attempt on goal at the 90-minute mark, but Goebel made her fifth save of the match to secure the shutout for Dartmouth.
Reinhardt led Arizona with three shots, while Stephenson recorded two shots on goal. Stoft, May and Reinhardt each added an attempt on frame.
Laurynn Ziller played the second half in goal for Arizona as the Wildcat defense did not allow a Dartmouth shot over the final 45 minutes.
