Blue Team Takes The Victory In The Annual Red v. Blue Game

Tucson, Ariz.-- The Wildcats had a great turn out for the annual Red v. Blue game. Over 50 people came out for the clinic and got a chance to play with the men and women's teams.
As the clinic wrapped up, the two teams took the court to play mixed doubles.The Blue team started off strong from the beginning with a 2-0 lead making it hard for the Red team to come back. The Blue team took the victory with a 6-2 win over the Red team. Women's head coach, Ryan Stotland was on the Red team while the men's head coach, Clancy Shields was on the Blue team.
After the match, fans gathered around to take photos and get posters signed by the players. Next week Arizona heads to Malibu, Calif. for the ITA Kick-Off weekend that begins on Jan. 25. Be sure to follow us along on Twitter @ArizonaWTennis for live updates.
