High School: Attended Mica Mountain High School in Tucson, Ariz., and was a part of the school’s first graduating class… Lettered in track & field and cross country all four years… Mica Mountain HS Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Holds school records in the 1600m (4:31), 3200m (9:56), and 4x800m (8:10).
