Women's Tennis Duo Advances to Finals
DALLAS, Texas - Arizona's doubles team of junior Michelle Gough and
sophomore Lindsay Blau advanced to the finals of the Rolex Intercollegiate
Indoor Championships in Dallas Friday. The duo won their quarterfinal and
semifinal round matches without dropping a set.
In the quarterfinals, the pair defeated Duke's Megan Miller and Kathy Sell, 6-3, 6-3.
In the semifinals, Gough and Blau defeated Stanford's duo of Laura Granville and Keiko Tokuda, 6-3, 7-6 (2).
The Wildcat doubles team will play in the finals match Sunday at 2 p.m. MST.
