Noah Fifita Selected as Wuerffel Trophy Semifinalist and AFCA Good Works Team Member

TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Football quarterback Noah Fifita has been selected as a semifinalist for the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy, as well as a member of the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, the American Football Coaches Association announced on Tuesday.
Fifita is one of 11 FBS players named to the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team; the group is recognized for their commitment to service, academic achievement, and athletic excellence. As a member of the 2026 AFCA Good Works Team, Fifita is also honored as a semifinalist for the Wuerffel Trophy, which is awarded annually to the captain of the AFCA Good Works Team.
This marks the second year with a Wildcat on the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, after defensive back Genesis Smith earned the honors in 2025.
Fifita's excellence on the field, where he ranks second among active FBS quarterbacks in career touchdown passes and third in career passing yards, is equaled by his dedication to community service and academics. His impact in the community is driven by the First Down Faith Foundation, which he started alongside his brother, Dash, last year.
The First Down Faith Foundation is a faith-driven charity dedicated to honoring faith, family, and football while uplifting communities through service. As part of his foundation, Fifita has twice hosted the First Down Faith Football Camp, partnered with the Tohono O'odham Nation to put on the Generations of Faith & Strength Celebration, served at the Gospel Resue Mission, and much more.

Fans can cast their vote through Nov. 3 at ESPN.com/Allstate. Candidates for The Allstate Wuerffel Trophy will be narrowed to three finalists, announced in November, and selected by a national voting committee of college football leaders, former players, coaches and members of the media.
